Empowering First Responders with Life-Saving Technology
Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Giving is proud to support Ellwood City Borough EMS in their mission to save lives across Lawrence County.

The department recently received a grant from PA Skill Charitable Giving to purchase new CPR-assist equipment, designed to free up emergency responders during critical situations. This advanced device performs consistent, high-quality CPR automatically, allowing EMS teams to focus on other life-saving tasks during high-stress calls, especially in mass casualty incidents.
The new technology not only improves patient outcomes but also helps protect the health and stamina of first responders who often work long hours under intense conditions.

Ellwood City Borough EMS recently held a training session to get hands-on experience with the new equipment, ensuring they’re prepared to use it efficiently in real emergencies.
At Pennsylvania Skill, we are honored to fund tools and technology that empower first responders and strengthen communities throughout Pennsylvania.
